ch999 started with a straightforward idea: Pakistani players deserve a world-class online gaming platform that works in their language, accepts their currency, and respects their way of banking. From Karachi to Peshawar, from PSL season to international cricket tours, ch999 has been here — and we're just getting started.
ch999 was founded with one clear purpose — to bring a genuinely premium online gaming experience to Pakistani players who had been underserved by platforms designed for other markets. For too long, Pakistani users had to deal with platforms that didn't accept local payment methods, displayed amounts in foreign currencies, and offered customer support that had never heard of JazzCash or EasyPaisa, let alone PSL.
We set out to change that. ch999 was built ground-up to serve the Pakistani market — native PKR wallets, instant deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa, HBL and UBL bank transfers, a full-featured cricket betting section that covers everything from Pakistan's domestic circuit to ICC tournaments, and customer support that speaks both English and Urdu fluently.
The name ch999 carries a sense of aspiration and completeness — a platform that covers everything a serious gamer or sports bettor in Pakistan could want, at a level of quality that holds its own against any international competitor. Whether you're a cricket enthusiast in Lahore watching a late-night Test match, a slot player in Karachi looking for a quick evening session, or a live casino player in Islamabad after a long week at work, ch999 has been designed with your experience specifically in mind.
ch999 operates under international gaming license standards, meaning the games are tested for fairness, withdrawals are processed honestly, and player funds are kept in segregated accounts separate from operational finances. We don't cut corners on security or compliance — these aren't just tick-box exercises for us, they're the foundation of player trust, which is ultimately everything a gaming platform runs on.
A note on responsible gaming: ch999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All ch999 services are available to adults aged 21 and above only. We actively promote responsible play and provide tools to help members manage their gaming activity.
ch999 opens its doors with a focused product: PKR-native sports betting, a curated live casino lobby, and a customer support team trained specifically to assist Pakistani users in both English and Urdu. Initial payment integrations include JazzCash and EasyPaisa from day one.
ch999 expands its cricket betting section to include comprehensive PSL markets — player performance, match result, toss winner, over-by-over in-play betting — alongside bilateral series and ICC tournament coverage. Cricket becomes ch999's most popular product category.
Responding to player feedback, ch999 adds direct bank transfer support for HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — making the platform accessible to players in Faisalabad, Multan, and smaller cities where mobile wallet adoption is lower than in major urban centres.
ch999's casino library crosses 800 titles, covering live baccarat, Lightning Roulette, Crazy Time, Fortune Tiger, Lucky Bingo, and hundreds of RNG slots from the world's leading providers. The VIP loyalty programme launches simultaneously, rewarding consistent ch999 members with cashback and exclusive perks.
ch999 continues to grow its membership across Pakistan. New game categories, enhanced responsible gaming tools, faster PKR withdrawals, and expanded 24/7 support coverage remain the ongoing priorities as ch999 deepens its commitment to Pakistani players.
Every decision at ch999 comes back to six core principles. They shape the product, the support experience, and the long-term direction of the platform.
ch999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform — login, wallet transactions, game sessions, and support communications. Your personal and financial data is never shared with third parties and is never stored in plain text. Two-factor authentication via OTP is available to every ch999 member.
Pakistani Rupee is the native currency of ch999 — not a converted afterthought. Balances are displayed in PKR, bonuses are denominated in PKR, and deposits and withdrawals are processed through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank with no currency conversion fees charged to the player.
Every game in the ch999 library — from live baccarat tables to RNG slots — is sourced from certified providers whose RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. ch999 does not operate its own house-made games; it partners exclusively with internationally regulated game studios so players know the odds are genuine.
ch999 support is staffed by real people — not bots — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including PSL finals and national public holidays. The team handles queries in both English and Urdu, with average live chat response times of 3–5 minutes. Phone and WhatsApp escalation options are available for complex account issues.
ch999 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform enforces a strict 21+ age requirement, offers deposit limits, session time limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off tools directly from the account dashboard. ch999 actively promotes awareness of problem gambling resources and does not market to vulnerable individuals.
ch999 runs a continuous product development cycle driven by direct player feedback. New game titles are added monthly, payment method coverage expands based on player demand across Pakistani cities, and responsible gaming tools are updated to meet the latest international standards. The ch999 of today is meaningfully better than the ch999 of six months ago — and that trajectory continues.
Most international gaming platforms treat Pakistan as an afterthought — if they support it at all. They offer no local payment methods, no Urdu support, no cricket markets that go beyond basic match betting, and customer service teams that have no context for what a Pakistani user is actually asking about.
ch999 was designed from the opposite direction. We started with the Pakistani player's reality — a mobile-first user in Lahore or Karachi, banking through JazzCash, deeply invested in cricket, probably watching PSL on the same screen they're using to place bets — and built the platform around that.
That's why the ch999 experience feels different. It's not a translated version of something else. It's a platform that was thought through with Pakistani context in mind, from the PKR wallet to the cricket betting depth to the support team's ability to help in Urdu.

Supported Payment Methods at ch999
ch999 believes that gaming should be enjoyable entertainment — never a source of financial or personal harm. Our responsible gaming programme is built into the platform, not bolted on as an afterthought.
ch999 members can request immediate self-exclusion from the account dashboard for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent. During exclusion, the account is locked and cannot be unlocked at the member's own request — ensuring the cooling-off period is meaningful.
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits from your ch999 account settings. Limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before it applies — decreasing a limit takes effect instantly.
Configure session time alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration. ch999 also displays total session time on the account dashboard so you always have visibility over how long you've been active.
A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your ch999 account without permanent closure — useful when you want a short break from gaming. Available for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Can be activated instantly from account settings.
21+ Age Requirement — Strictly Enforced
ch999 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account registrations. CNIC verification is required to unlock full account functionality, and the date of birth on your CNIC must confirm you meet the 21+ requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 is suspended immediately and the balance refunded.
